SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer Free Delivery to most provinces within Australia on orders over $150 AUD. For orders within Australia under $150 AUD, we charge a flat shipping fee of $15.00 AUD. Orders will be processed and dispatched from our AU warehouse located in Woodville SA. Delivery of item(s) can take anywhere from 1-5 business days within Australia, depending on your location. Orders received over the weekend, holidays or after 11 am on regular business days will ship the following business day.

RETURNS
Please Note: Return policy below only applies to purchases made online on www.au.davekny.com.
We want to make sure you are absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, return the unused item within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Simply follow these instructions:
Ship the unused unit back to us, including all original packing supplies, hang tags, and loss protection card (if applicable). Please include a note with your name, address, email and daytime phone number along with your instructions to:

NO DROP-OFFS, please mail the product back to us. For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship via insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, Fedex and other carriers.
You can expect a refund for the cost of the returned item(s) in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receipt of return.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned whose original purchase was made with free shipping, $15.00 AUD will be deducted from refunded amount to cover the cost of original shipment.
Returned bags will incur a $15 restocking fee.

UMBRELLA REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS
All Davek umbrellas are covered under our Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee. If, at any time, you find any defect in material or workmanship, or the umbrella should fail to function properly, we will gladly repair or replace it at no charge (except shipping & handling). PRIVACY POLICY
We use the information customers provide when placing an order only to facilitate shipment of the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to notify customers about updates to our Web site, and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. Davek does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: We may disclose personal information we collect from you if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary (a) to obey the law or comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates; (b) to protect and defend our rights or property or the rights or property of other users of our Site; (c) to act in an emergency to protect the personal safety of users of our Site or the public; or (d) the company is acquired or merged with another company.
With respect to security: We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site, We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE
All products purchased on our website are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Davek reserves the option to replace any item returned with a replacement model of comparable value. If your model is out of stock or no longer carried, we will send you a replacement model of comparable value at our discretion.
